Dear Patients and Friends,
We are pleased to announce that we have reopened our office and are excited and prepared for your return. We will start with medical dermatology visits and add elective procedures as guidelines evolve. In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we are complying with all social distancing and CDC guidelines. We have enacted strict safety procedures to protect our patients and staff, so you can expect to see a few changes at the office.
When you call to schedule and appointment we will update your information and arrange to electronically send you any forms that need to be filled out prior to your appointment to try to keep your experience here completely hands free. Receipts and any forms normally provided to you at the end of the visit will now be sent to you electronically. In order to maintain social distancing at all times in the office, we ask that you come alone and ask any friends or family members to wait outside the office. Please arrive wearing a mask or face covering (if you do not have one, we will provide one for you). Upon entering you will use a hands-free sterilizer and be escorted directly to an exam room where you will remain for the entirety of your visit. All procedures will be performed in the room and staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment at all times. All surfaces in the exam rooms and common areas will be thoroughly sterilized between each patient. Appointments are being spaced out to ensure ample time for sanitizing between each office visit. UVC and air filtration filters will be present in all rooms. We are doing everything we can to make your visit efficient, seamless, and safe.
We of course will continue to offer telemedicine visits to those who have not yet returned to New York. You can continue to order your skincare products through the RegimenPro website. If you need assistance registering, please contact us at the office.
Please call and cancel your appointment if:
