EMILY LEBOWITZ LUKS, MD
Dr. Lebowitz earned a B.A. from Cornell University and received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. She then completed her internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Lebowitz returned to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine for her dermatology residency training, where she served as Chief Resident and received a Distinguished Housestaff award in her final year. She now teaches residents and medical students as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell. 
Dr. Lebowitz has published articles on various dermatological topics in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, Dermatological Reviews, and the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Lebowitz has served as the young physician representative to the Board of Directors of the Women's Dermatologic Society (WDS). She continues to be a member of the Community Service & Public Education Committee of the WDS. 
Dr. Lebowitz's practice includes medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser therapy, and cosmetic procedures. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a particular interest in complex medical dermatology.
